when I updated forerunner 955 firmware 19.18, the power consumption is abnormal. before I can use at least 10 days but now it is very hard to use 10 days(7 days before last recharge and yesterday the watch had +-80%,12 hours late just had the 58%)

Still not sure if I suffer from this too, think so but can't really get a steady measuring of battery depletion...
Could you try if restarting after an activity maybe helps? I sometimes feel it's something with an activity (sensors?) triggering this and restarting the watch terminates this. But again, not sure. Haven't been able to pinpoint it and also isn't THAT crazy evident or annoying that the watch is unusable.
More like a 0.2-0,3%/hr to 0.4-0.5%/hr battery usage. Noticable but not unusable.
I'd been thinking exactly the same thing, and came here to see if anyone else had posted. I don't have measurements and statistics to back it up, but I feel that comsumption, both during an activity and in normal wearing, is higher than before the update...
Interesting that my watch (FR955S) got full sunshine for a few hours this evening (watch mode: no activity running) and the battery level stayed at 46% for all of that time. It's been a few hours since then and the battery is still at 45%.
A 2¼ hour walk just before that used about 10%. Parkrun this morning (32 mins) used 4%.
