Can anyone help me with a fit file repair? I was able to manually get the file from the watch but receive file errors when I go to manually upload to Garmin connect.

Competing in a triathlon earlier today. I was able to manually get the file from the watch but receive file errors when I go to manually upload to Garmin connect. I am able to get the file to successfully upload to training peaks but then receive errors when I move it to strava. Not sure what's going on.
