Forerunner 955 Series after updating software to 19.18 my HR wrist sensor doesn't work

After updating the software, my wrist heart rate monitor stopped working. It cannot be started again. Can you help with this issue?

is the WHR software version 0.0.0 ? If so you need to contact support as far as I know, you will see numerous 0.0.0 issues through all the forums

You can see this on the watch menu System> About > on about the 6th page. FYI Mine (on 19.18) is 16.01.02

Also, It is on in the HR Settings?

Did you do a soft reset after the Update?

I think you need to call support, the FW update didn't work correctly.

When I had this problem last year, Support concluded that the only fix was to send me a replacement watch. :( Good luck
