GPS track dislocated compared to map

Hello,

In my evening Run yesterday, the GPS track shows dislocated on the map. It seems it recorded the track/distance right but with the exception that is on the wrong place.

I used a Garmin Forerruner 955 on the latest update with GPS on all systems.

Did this happened to someone else? Any tips to how solve the problem?

Very strange! I've noticed this very occasionally on my phone when using Google Maps, with it showing my position displaced by several hundred metres. I suspect the local military were testing something…

Do you have the watch set to GPS only, Auto Select or All + Multi Band?

Whereabouts in the world are you?

The watch is set to All Systems (without Multiband).

I am in Portugal.

The best advice I could give you is to make sure you synchronise your watch with the app at most an hour before starting a run, so the watch has the correct time and most recent GPS data.
