HR and HRV issues

A user reported here an interrupted recording as well, but I'm also on 19.18 and have not had that problem.

So far it has worked fine, the line has been continuous. But in the last days, since the update it looks like this. 

How does it look on your watch, same or ok?

How can I see the HRV curve on my watch? Is it possible at all...?

For sure, there's a HRV Status glance/widget. If you select it, there are 4 pages. First page is status overview, second is last night HRV graph, third is 7 day values & avg, fourth is 4 week baseline graph.

Ok, I found. And it looks totally the same... interrupted.

Same as this user too then 955 HRV data not being recorded - Forerunner 955 Series - Running/Multisport - Garmin Forums.

Not ideal, but since not everyone is experiencing the same issue I would try a soft reset which will might work. Hold the light button down until the watch switches off, then power back on and check tomorrow. Make sure the watch is tight enough so it cant move around.

Soft resets often work following updates as there as so many changes, configurations and user settings that just need a refresh. Good luck :D 

Thanx for your kind help, I restarted the watch, we'll see tomorrow, what happens.

Just in case I did a soft reset. Until now all infos are the same. It's common behavior that after soft reset I need to re-pair to my phone?
I detected also that some paramenters was changed, like HR Source Switching, Sleep hours, etc.

That doesn't sound right. I often do soft resets with no problem. Holding down the light button forces shut down, then power on as normal, there should be no changes.
