Serious feedback. Given the consistent volume of unacceptable defects in core functionality, a backlog should be made available to users asap.
We need to understand if issues are being acknowledged, prioritised and addressed by Garmin. This would provide confidence and prevent repeated posting about particular issues.
This exists within the beta forum, but is equally, if not more applicable to public releases imo.
The official line from Garmin is that forums are not the mechanism for reporting issues, but we can see through engagement, it is used as such by both Garmin and users. Reporting these generically through support or a generic unspecific form provides no confidence that issues are being logged and taken seriously.
At a minimum, please consider even starting a locked thread where you can post as list of issues logged and fixes in progress.
