heart rate dynamic source on watch too low has not been fixed in V19.18

The heart rate monitoring is too low when running activities are performed without using a chest HRM.It has not been fixed in V19.18.

You can turn it off from the settings. I just commented about a bad experience that I solved that way today: forums.garmin.com/.../1781941
