HRV doesn't sync on Connect

Updated the firmware from 18.27 to 19.18 today.
Last night, despite the watch recorded HRV correctly overnight, on Connect the data did not synchronize properly.
Any way to force the update?

I found some really old post about similar problem on other watches but no solutions.

Tonight data’s was correctly updated but the previous one HRV data still missing. Maybe a bug on watch or Garmin service. This may be a not frequent bug.

I had the same problem from May 13-16. The information was recorded but Connect does not show it. Now it is doing well but those days are still without information on Connect.
