Corrupted file after triathlon

Could someone help me with a corrupted file? I did a triathlon on saturday and believe the file is corrrupted or malformed, hence why it wont upload to strava :( any help is much appreciated.

It was the triathlon setting so split all the activities as and when i selected it. Ill give this a try. Hopefully it works

Thank you so much. I have looked at it a few times. Even with that repair tool. I could not get it to work or had a massive oversight..
