Step count freeze on 7500 and doesn't count real steps since the yesterday update. After update yesterday the step count became frozen on 7500 and it lasted yesterday (real count was about 1500+ ) and also happens today since the early morning (it's already 7500 since the moment I woke up). Model 955 solar

When in doubt, do a hard reboot (or whatever it is called), especially after software updates.

Hold power button approximately 15 seconds until it turns off, wait a couple of seconds and then turn it back on.
