They didn't fix the broken HRV detection? Ever since I installed the previous beta, my overnight HRV has many gaps in the reading. It's caused my HRV to falsely plummet.
Fixing HRV would be a sensor update, I suppose.
Well my HRV is fixed. More than a week of seeing gaps all over my nightly HRV. Now first night with the new firmware, HRV has no gaps in the graph, and HRV jumped back up to normal readings.
Previous beta. Every single night HRV has huge gaps, causing it to get an artificially low HRV value.
Maybe the sensor was not properly positioned? Watch moved when you were sleeping?
Maybe the sensor was not properly positioned? Watch moved when you were sleeping?
Or possibly the arm with the watch got trapped under the body during sleep, and blood flow was restricted?
I find that different mattresses affect my overnight HRV quite a bit.
No, it was the previous firmware. The first day I installed it is when all the empty spots in HRV appeared. Happened every single night. When I installed this new 19.12 FW it was fixed that night, and every night since then.
