Map Only touch option

Very welcome option but I have noticed it doesn't work on all map screens, for example when review maps of past activities, or courses it doesn't work. I have also noticed it doesn't play well with the buttons, meaning panning will be buggy as it seems to pan very slowly if you zoom out

Is there any chance this can be addressed? I found it doesn't work while viewing roundtrip auto-generated courses either. If I turn on touch with a hotkey it doesn't work either and I'm stuck using the buttons. It kind of makes the touchscreen pointless if it can't be used in all map screens.

I've always found panning with a short press of the buttons to be useless (regardless of whether touch is enabled or not), as a short press seems to pan by a single pixel. The only viable panning button option is to long-press UP or DOWN, which pans at a fairly acceptable speed (not as fast as you could pan by swiping tho.)
