red line in screen

Hello,

About one week ago , I have had a red line running through my screen.

In attacment you will see what I mean

type of watch is 955 solar serialnr 3457210865

software version 18.26

  • This is a hardware fault. Given your language is Dutch it's likely that European warranty laws apply. As your watch is less than 2 years old it'll still be within warranty period. Contact either the retailer who sold it to you or Garmin Support directly.

  • Thank you for the help and info, I have contacted Garmin support directly with the necessary documents and they will replace the watch. Very fast  and correct support.
