Double races on the calendar

Connected the watch on the laptop, opened garmin express. Synced

I logged in the web app, deleted a race on the 12/May/2024 (as it's been cancelled) and added a new one on the same day. The calendar has been updated on the mobile app, all fine (the web app calendar is also correct).

Took off the watch from the laptop, synced it with the mobile. Got the new race, but... kept the old one too, which was delete from the web app.

This is the second time this behavior occurs. The first time it occurred, eventually it disappeared when the current date passed the due date of the race.

    Common problem with deleted races not working...Reset the watch or wait...only solutions I've found.

    I ran into this too. For whatever reason, I can’t paste a link on mobile. But you can search my post history.

    calling Garmin was good — they seemed to think this had been resolved. I think reporting it would be a good idea, though the only thing that worked for me was a factory reset. Bummer.

    for now, the only workaround (rather than delete — I think it might be too late for this in your case) can think of if you’re using DSW is to set it to “does not affect training”
