HRV Stress Test

Hello all,

Can be possible that I can't found the HRV Stress Test into my Activities list using the 18.23?
I haven't used it much, but I remember using it about a year ago and today I put my the strap to do it and I can't find it anywhere.

I can confirm that the Health Snapshot replaced the HRV Stress Test. The HRV Stress Test came out a long time ago when our OHR devices did not yet track HRV. Only HRM straps had the…

the HRV stress 3min test was replaced by your overnight continual HRV measurement. The health snapshot does what the HRV 3min test does plus a little bit more I believe.

I think the HRV 3min test is now redundant and not needed for those with watches that track overnight HRV and have the health snapshot.

I thought so at first and then it generated doubts because it didn't ask me for the HRM Strap and in theory it used to do that for better accuracy, it goes, I guess. Yesterday I did a test with Snapshot and while it detected on the watch that I was using the HRM Strap, then on Connect, it didn't report that I used that sensor. Maybe it's just a bug in Connect, or that not log this like in others activities, or it no longer needs it to make these measurements.
Any confirmation about this Garmin-Sierra? Thanks!

I can confirm that the Health Snapshot replaced the HRV Stress Test. The HRV Stress Test came out a long time ago when our OHR devices did not yet track HRV. Only HRM straps had the capability. We've since then improved and developed new technology so you can now get that data from the OHR sensor with the Health Snapshot.
