Stryd sensor constantly connected

connects via ANT+, hence the problem. It will stay connected whenever it is in range. Hide it deeper in the closet.

And wouldn't it be easier to connect the device as BT? I wouldn't lose anything. Wouldn't it?

Yes, it does. I'll check it out and let you know.

So I finally found out that BT can't do it at all. I only have a choice of 3 ANT+ outputs.

That's because they are powered off when not used.

It will have absolutely no effect on the battery of the 955. It will of course slowly deplete the battery of the stryd, but since the stryd is rechargeable anyway, it's not a big issue.

When going to the settings->sensors it shows it's searching for stryd (which is the usual behavior when going to the sensor information) but that also means it isn't actually connected.

How do you see it's constantly connected? Because well, afaik when going into that menu it will try to scan/connect to the sensors so it can show their info.
