The Daily Suggested Workout (DSW) on my FR995 / 18.23 has been stuck for the last 7 days.
I did a HM last Sunday and after that the DSW suggested two days rest and then base training again. However, as time passed, the two rest days overwrite the planned workouts. Also, I don't get any suggestions for today, the two rest days are tomorrow and the day after. This keeps going every day.
It seems DSW is stuck on scheduling rest days, maybe it thinks I am doing the event today.
In an attempt to reset DSW I've tried:
- adding and removing a training plan
- changing HR zones
- changing lactate threshold by 10bpm
- changing between HR and Pace based suggestions
- changing my birth year
- changing priority of future events
Nothing worked, it's ground hog (rest) day again!
I was really enjoying following the suggested workouts before, how can I get them back?
