Bluetooth not working since 17.24

Hey Folks!

How is that possible the Bluetooth does not work at all since Firmware 17.24???

This is unacceptable!

And do not come to me with the obvious solutions when none of them work!

The Bluetooth Discovery is not working!!!

Is the device does not send out any signals???

You do not even get the Pairing.

  • Since your tone indicates you do not want any technical assistance I'd suggest you contact Garmin Support and have your device replaced. Save yourself some time and heartache and do this as soon as possible. 

  • I have the same problem, did you figure something out?

  • Yes. I have found a local Garmin support, and since the warranty has not expired yet, I got a new watch. The Bluetooth was completely dead, they could not do anything with it. I bought the watch in february 2023. In my country we have 2 years warranty on certain price level of devices. Anyhow, it is "funny" that today's electronic products can not last longer than 3 years without any error.

    The support suggested me not to turn off the Bluetooth, as I did with the previous watch. I do not think it had much to do with it.
