Issue with Music Quality when Skipping Songs on Garmin Forerunner 955

Hi Garmin Community,

I've been using a Garmin Forerunner 955 since the beginning of January. I've encountered an issue that has persisted since day one and I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or suggestions.

I primarily listen to music via my AirPods Pro paired with the Forerunner 955. Unfortunately, I've noticed a consistent drop in audio quality whenever I skip songs. It seems that after skipping just two tracks, the audio becomes distorted, crackling, or sometimes even silent. Oddly enough, simply pausing and resuming the music always restores the audio quality to its normal state.

This issue occurs quite frequently, and while I've found a temporary workaround, it's becoming increasingly frustrating. It's important to note that if I don't skip tracks and simply continue listening, the audio quality remains unaffected and clear.

I want to highlight that my Forerunner 955 is running the latest software version available at the time of writing this post.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with their Forerunner 955 or perhaps has any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm eager to find a permanent solution to this issue.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
