SPO2 feature improving measurement of recovery during sleep

Hey all,

I usually have SpO2 during sleep only. i’ve disabled it because, according to every resource, it’s a not-very-useful measure unless you’re sick.

However, every time I disable it, my recovery metrics assume I slept horribly even if I feel fine. Or even great!

I have only tried this for a week max at a time, as I depend on DSW for training. I am a brown person, and have hair on my forearms.

Im also not eliminating coincidence; most of the times I’ve tried disabling it, I was traveling without my charger. Not every time. But most.

so: has anyone else experienced this improved recovery response?

thanks,

David
