In response to the high heart rate problem Garmin recently released a new update to fix the high HR. Wanted to start a new discussion post update. I had a workout today where I was moving at a "tempo" pace. Toward the end of the workout I'm typically upper 80% of MHR or 90% of MHR, for me would be high 170 - low 180s. Today the HR seemed much lower than it should have been, AVG HR for the entire run was 152, where it was 165-170 pre update. Anyone else seeing this? I'll keep watching to see if this repeats or if was a one off.
(I wish I could maintain a 150bpm HR running at 6minute flat pace, but sadly it is not the case)
