Music doesn’t play

Hello!

I have a 955 forerunner and when I press the music button the screen doesn’t show anything.
i can sinc the phones and see all the playlists but when i choose a certain one it goes blank as attached.

Does the music play if you press the DOWN button (next to the play/pause icon) or if you use the music controls on your earbuds?

There's a known issue where almost all of the buttons are invisible on the music screen. I see something similar to you, except I do see the title and artist of the current song. All the controls work for me, it's just that they're invisible :/.

I had the same problem, which was super frustrating. I deleted the Spotify app from my Garmin, reinstalled it, and that seemed to fix it for me.

I updated my playlists and worked for me then
