Hi, I have my Garmin forerunner 955 for about 6 months now and it never shows any problem till recently (1 day after auto update to the newest software update) the display shows exactly like the photo attached. This watch is in a very good condition, never been drop, fell or other extreme stuff other than daily usage. I have tried to force restart it but still no progress, the display still shows pixelated and blurry images and remains unresponsive (but it still reads my heart rate that i can see from the garmin connect app from my phone) Is this a software issue or a hardware issue? Has anyone have the same problem before?
