Forerunner 955 did not track ski runs

Hi there, at the beginning of the ski season I have discovered that the watch did not track my ski runs. Stayed on a something like pause mode(yellow circled screen). 
Last season it used to be working with just start of the activity and when I stop it in the end of the day it used to be showing everything, now barely track only one ski run for the day. Happened two days in a row, tried with lap button, but second day no runs at all. Auto run is set ON

    I have Auto Pause Off.

     and all, 

    So far we've seen that the issue of the activity not being tracked is due to Auto Pause (When Stopped). The watch will show the yellow circle around the screen, being paused basically the entire time. We ask that you make sure Auto Pause is off for now, and enable Auto Run if you would like automatic tracking. 

    Those of you who had Auto Pause definitely off....if I have not yet reached out to you, may I have permission to do so?

    Thanks for the feedback, I will try again next week when I again go skiing.  -30+C temps for the next few days, waiting for a bit of a warm up.  Please do reach out with any other suggestions.

    Unfortunately I can't see any progress in fixing this bug. Although I have the settings as described, lifts and runs are not detected correctly. Neither are the sum of altitude and kilometers calculated correctly. @Garmin-Sierra: feel free to look  into it and to contact me.
