I've been following the daily suggested workouts for a race a couple months out. Prior to my run yesterday, there was one rest day suggested in my 7 day forecast for upcoming workouts. After my run yesterday, all of my 7 day upcoming workouts showed rest days. My training status is maintaining and my load is optimal and balanced between low aerobic, high aerobic, and anaerobic. I deleted my race event and added it back to my calendar thinking that might reset things, but it's still showing all rest days. Any suggestions?
