955 solar not charging

HI,

I've tried every articles i could find but nothing works, my watch doesn't charge.

I beleive my cables (2) work as my computer or power bank start to see the watch but then no charging starts.

I even reset the watch to factory but no... Any idea?

    ? Did this occur after update 18.12. I had zero issues until I did update. The pins are clean and I have 2 new cables without resolution.

    I am having the same issue, when connect to PC via the cable, not recognizable neither.

    Are you using Iphone with ISO connect app?

    what did I do out of the ordinary was that I manually deleted about 20 old workouts before I was trying to charge my watch.

    All, 

    Please clean the charging contacts with rubbing alcohol, and use a soft-bristled toothbrush if you see any build up. Try a second Garmin-branded cable as well if you are able to. I also recommend plugging the device into a computer while holding the LIGHT button down for 30 seconds or so, until it looks like the computer recognizes your watch. If these steps do not work, you will need to reach out to your local Garmin Product Support center directly.

    For those outside the USA, "rubbing alcohol" is isopropyl alcohol (IPA, isopropanol, IUPAC propan-2-ol).
