I think I set up "indoor cycling" correctly and let the trainer "follow the course" because it worked initially;
the key issue was that when I stopped, watch auto-pause, then "target power" was set to 0.
Even if I start riding again, the watch start automatically, but this value will not be restored; The power of the trainer has not been set either(I feel very relaxed)
