I found a problem when you do in the same activity Intervals as the watch correctly measure the ANAEROBIC but make a mistake to calculate the other part of the RUN and assign always a TEMPO RUN and in particular an HIGH AEROBIC simply because the calculation is done over the HR average for all run and not excluding the ANAEROBIC part.
If the calculation is instead made over only the other part of the run we should see an EASY RUN and so a LOW AEROBIC.
