I’m confused from sticky post.
On the sticky post you have the change log of each version, it's a edited post.
I received it this morning, believe this was released in the last 24hrs or so but as it's a minor update it was just added to the 17.24 topic and corresponding 'release date'
So, whats the problem?

I think you have the wrong thread, it doesn't mention any problems here the OP, just ask for the date of the update thread.
