update 17.24 issue - start up but shut down immediately und BT is turned off

FR 955 starts up but shuts down immediately, and the issue persists until Bluetooth is turned off. Any idea why this is happening? Alternatively, do you have a tip on reinstalling the previous version?

Am also having this issue - it's quite hard to recreate reliably but seems to be related to notification sync perhaps? I have gone to the extent of factory reseting the device, removing and reinstalling…

Hey, thanks a lot. I was able to solve the problem by deleting Garmin from the Bluetooth list in the settings (iphone ios 17.1.1) and then pairing it again. Since then, everything has been running smoothly…

I have gone to the extent of factory reseting the device, removing and reinstalling the phone app including removing the old BLE pairing etc - the problem persists. Rather frustrating that this didn't surface in Garmin's pre-release testing, but understood that it must be an edge case! The watch is currently unusable.
