I changed a setting in my watch to be guided with heart rate instead of pace. This is nice for doing heart rate zone workouts but sucks for the Lactate Threshold Guided Test. I want to put it back but can't find it anymore. Its not part of the lactate test but an overall setting.
During the test you do interfalls. After a speed up it tells you to slow down and run for x minutes with a lower heart rate, but its difficult to get to that heart rate. During the test it should tell you a pace to maintain. At the end of the test it tells me my form was bad. Not sure what that means for the test results though.
How do I put the watch back to guiding me with a pace instead of heart rate?
