You tried from the https://connect.garmin.com under Devices tab or Device information (Connect Web version, not app)?
What do you see there about your device?

You tried from the https://connect.garmin.com under Devices tab or Device information (Connect Web version, not app)?
What do you see there about your device?

Perhaps your device is an APAC one, which is not eligible for beta software.
