Watching Rugby finals on TV makes Stress level high

Hi there,

I have Treadmill activity earlier yesterday. 1h22m which suppose to be Base Long run.

As usual running indoors keeps my HR higher than outdoor.

This resulted in unproductive training.

That's OK

But later that evening I have watched Rugby finals and as this is very exciting, my Stress level was detected to be unusual high.

I guess this resulted in wrong calculations regarding my training readiness today.

Does Garmin can confirm that is the case?

What about excluding such "events" from calculations if I decline breath relax activity?

Why do you think it should be excluded?

High stress is high stress, no matter the cause. The measuring and scoring of your stress is done to  evaluate your regeneration. And when you watch the rugby finals and get very excited, your regeneration will be worse compared to let’s say reading a book and going sleeping early.
