Touchscreen unresponsiveness

After upgrading to 16.17 firmware the touchscreen becomes unresponsive like it was months ago with (2 firmware updates ago).
like in the past i can temporarily solve the issue by disabling/enabling the touchscreen function in the settings menu or doing a soft reset but it is very disappointing that an issue that was solved is now reappeared!

Yes, I've noticed that when trying to access the morning report, touch screen is a lottery. Not having a problem with it anywhere else.

In your experience, does the entire touch function become unresponsive? Or, is it only unresponsive on certain screens?
In which country are you located?

1. Not that I have noticed, it's just when trying to access the morning report.

1 it becomes vers sluggish when swiping in all direction, my feel is the entire screen

1. All the screens. I am not sure but it seems that the issue appears when i receive several notifications in a short period of time (for example multiple whattsup messages)

I bought my Forerunner 955 a month ago and recognized the unresponsiveness display. After contacting Garmin Support, they offered to send back the watch and get a replacement. Today I received my new Forerunner 955 and after a few hours of use, the same issue appeared again. Soft-reset does fix the issue temporarily (as described from several users in this and older Forum comments).

Now I´m really thinking if this expensive Smartwatch is worth the money.
