unidentified USB device

Hello. Perhaps someone has encountered such a problem. I connect the watch via the original cable to the computer. The hours are determined correctly. Charging starts, if you don’t touch the watch, then everything works fine. It is enough to lift the clock or move it from its place, the USB device starts to be redefined with the error “unidentified USB device”. Has anyone encountered this?

  • I believe it might be the USB ports in your computer. Have you tried in any other computer?
I experience once an issue of connection when I had all USB ports being used.
I have three ports in my laptop computer, that day they were all being used like this, one for my mouse, the other two I had my external HD and in the next port I had a portable flexible fan to blow some air to me (it was a hot day). When I plugged that little fan (which demans electricity), my external HD just shut off. To solve it and still keeping all 3 ports occupied I altered positions. I plugged the mouse in the middle port. So the fan and the external HD were apparted. It worked.

As you said, if you don't touch the watch everything works fine, however when touching it you have the problem.
It might be bad contact in computer USB ports, some dust in the ports causing bad contact. Or even the original cable is not working properly anymore.

    I hope I helped.
