FR 955 "back to start - route" issue

Yes, also works "use map" during activity (then you can choose any point on the map - including starting point).

I've had the same issue on my 955 solar since I first tried the feature in September. FW 16.17.

I chatted with Garmin support about it and they said they only had one other report of this issue. They asked me for some info about it since it's not a common issue. They did say it's currently under investigation, but I bet the more reports they get the sooner we'll get a fix. More data should help pinpoint the problem.

Thanks! This also fixed my issue. I used the "Delete Data and Reset Settings" option.

I have this issue too, and in fact have had it for a while but at first I assumed it was a momentary bug/would be resolved in the coming software updates. I've raised a ticket with Garmin support. Hopefully they'll realise this is an issue. Temporarily fixing it by resetting the watch isn't ideal because a) I have it setup as I want and b) there's likely a fundamental software issue which will manifest again even after resetting.
