used the running feature for the first time yesterday for my forerunner 955 and found it incredibly hard to keep within the targeted green zone, I was always to fast, the thing is, if I went much slower I’d be walking fast, any ideas why?

I’ve not done that yet. I’ve been reading that I should run at about 147 beats per minute, that would be 180 minus my age but According to my Garmin my run average heart beat was 169 beats per minute. I’m pretty confused, if I run slower, I’ll be hardly running at all.
I was actually inspired by this article on low heart rate jogging and never looked back ever since.
