New iPhone 15 Pro and GC will connect to Fenix 7 Solar, but will not connect to Forerunner 955 Solar.

I just upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro. Via the Garmin Connect app, I have connected both my Fenix 7 Solar and Index S2 weight scale. But, the app does not see my FR 955 Solar.

I have gone through every step (uninstalling GC, rebooting all devices, etc), including removing the FR955 from my previous iPhone. So, there are no conflicts.

Has anyone else had this issue?!?

Same thing for me with my iPhone 15 Pro and Forerunner 955, I can’t pair my watch to GC.
Of course I tried rebooting everything, removing this watch from my previous phone and turning my FR955 in…

Neverrrrrrrrrrrmind! I just used the FR955's Connectivity, Phone, Pair Phone to connect with GC.

edit: problem fixed by deleting my watch form bluetooth devices on my old iPhone...

same issue I got when I started pairing my Forerunner 955 solar with my recently purchased iPhone 15 pro max. The F 955 S even not showing in iphone 15 Pro max Bluetooth list. however I can still see it in my old iphone 8 plus. so it's definitely not an issue with watch but with iOS 17 bug, I guess.

I exchanged my phone one week ago and today my 955 stopped syncing with the iPhone 15 with just released ios 17.1.1.

You need to remove the garmin from the iphone 8 bluetooth list connect it to the iphone 15 pro as a new connection

Thanks for this! It works now. Tried everything including factory reset and new installation of garmin connect app before.
