I've been consistently having large gaps in my overnight HRV data since being on 16.17. Either it's a bug or the algorithm is more sensitive to misreads but something has definitely changed on software side as I've not seen this in last year with 955. so this is having an effect on averages + by ext, training status.
What’s a « large » gap? I get some gaps on some nights but I would consider them small. I assume it’s because my arm is wedged under a pillow and the watch can’t get a good reading or something similar. This was last night and this is about as bad as it gets for me, most nights have less missing data:
a bit worse than what you're seeing and this is a majority of nights. HR readings don't show these gaps so it shouldn't be a sensor issue
