HR Stoped Working after 16.17 update

T was working perfectly, but after updating, HR is not working, hence the rest of the related funtions.

I have reset and reinstalled, and the same issue. Is there anyone else having a similar problem? Also, is there a way to download and i the previous version?

Optical HR? or HRM strap? Double check that they're enabled. For the strap, maybe delete and pair it again.

I think S.sierra talking about Optical HR at the wrist. I have the same problem. Factory reset doesn't work. BMX and WHR have zeros in Settings-Information. I read at this forum, that anyone got the automatic update of sensors FW but I don't have anything to update yet.

If you have access to a computer, please follow the steps from Using Garmin Express to Update Your Watch's Software to check for any updates. After you're finished, disconnect the watch and see if it prompts an update. If not, hold the middle left button of the watch and scroll through Settings to System > Software Update > Check for Updates. If no update is available, please let me know so I can report this. My watch has gone through ~ 15 updates in the past 10 days, and still no sign of my HR coming back.....
Thinking about returning the whole watch at the moment..... not much point having an expensive watch that doesn't do what it is supposed to....
I'm surprise Garmin hasn't sent out a fix after 10 days....
