Does anyone know the thresholds for triggering a change in VO2Max trend? For more than a year, I've observed varying degrees of VO2Max evolution depending on altitude or training level, but as far as I can remember, the trend has always been stable. Also, if I understand correctly, my training status only becomes productive if the training load is at the high end of the recommendation (otherwise it remains in "maintaining"). This is not a problem for the first few weeks of training, but becomes much more difficult thereafter, and the daily suggestions remain well below the target.
Did anyone ever get a productive training status thanks to an improved fitness level ?
