Anticipated features in 17.xx?

With the upcoming general release of 16.xx adding hill score, endurance score, and weather maps as well as smaller features, I’m hopeful to the future.

As I said above the Q3 16.xx was overall a well accepted and welcome update but with the venu 3’s release, not all we wanted

Currently, I am hopeful for NAP TRACKING!!!!, and the other updated sleeping features from the venu 3 such as the sleep coach but just nap tracking would be great.

I am also very hopeful for jet lag that has been on the fenix 7 for a while and is now on the venu 3. We’ve been told by DC Rainmaker it will come to 955, but it’s been awhile.

What other features are all hoping for? What are your thoughts about the ones I’m anticipating?

Well, you asked for thoughts, so here goes: Since Garmin is mainly a hardware company, I personally anticipate that the features the watch had when I bought it are the ones it's going to have in the future. Then, if a firmware update brings new features, I'm pleasantly surprised. If it doesn't, I just continue to be happy about the ones I already have.

I completely agreee with you! I’ve owned the 955 since around last august, almost immediately after its release. All of these features have enhanced the watch so much, it’s made my 600 dollars pay for so much more.

Wow, I'm glad that a lot of people has so much free time to get a nap, I have only 6h to sleep during night and stop.

The only feature really important from Venu 3 is the option to choose big fonts

I don’t have time to take naps. I just want to be able to have nap tracking. It’s like a screw you garmin

Unfortunately, my unit has problems with altitude and WHR. (everything is OK for garmin). If these are wrong, I'll just have some meaningless numbers on the screen.

I hope they will fix the Floors climbed. Didn't change my routines and sinds v15 im climbing 40 floors a day. Messes up my registration.
