Storm Alarm is not working (FW 15.19)

When the baro rises, there is also no alarm.

The same with FW 16.17, Storm Alarm is not working when the barometer graph is rising, however it works when decreasing.

I suspect it's working as designed. You don't usually get storms when the atmospheric pressure rises, only when it falls.

Storms are associated with low pressure areas, not high pressure areas.

What app is this?  Cant find it in the IQ store

Any rapid change (increase or decrease) of the pressure can be a sign for strong winds.

Anyway according to Owner's Manual a storm alert is triggered by barometric pressure change (see https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/GUID-9D99A9D4-467A-4F1A-A0EA-023184FEA3DD/EN-US/GUID-CDC9DDEE-C576-4E1D-B007-BC737686793A.html):

So, Owner's Manual mentions "barometric pressure change" which may occur by the increase or decrease of barometric pressure.

I note that the word "storm" in your table is only mentioned on the pressure drops. I've only ever seen the watch give a storm alert on dropping pressure. (Or when driving up steep hills.)
