Forerunner 955 Firmware 16.12 add a Kilometer to my run

error when I was doing an activity, it added a kilometer, the actual km were 12, but it reports 13 and the times are incorrect after km 4

Are you absolutely sure about that?

I sugggest that you export those two acitvites to two fit files and then do a compare on e.g. www.dcrainmaker.com/analyzer and then update us with the result of that.

Thanks for your reply. I will try this analyzer, but, is a unique activity with tree block of 4 km each.
