Still can't unlock the map after August 2nd

I did it according to the description and still have the error: Cannot unlock maps

All,

This has been resolved. Anyone reinstalling their map using the steps from Reinstalling TopoActive, CourseView, and Ski Maps to a Compatible Garmin Watch should no longer experience this message.

I reinstalled all the maps not only of Europe. No longer shows "locked maps"

Add me to the unsatisfied customers. I followed the reinstall instructions as advised, but message still "Cannot Unlock maps". Product Garmin 955 Solar, and never been able to unlock the maps since starting to use it.

My Forerunner 955 Solar still gives the message "Cannot Unlock Maps". I followed the reinstall instructions to the letter, but still no maps.

Also did a delete and then reinstalled the map: Still cannot unlock maps.

We are still looking into this, but I have only received one tag so far.
