Garmin Coach Multi-sport User Operator Issue
Hi everyone! This is my first time posting a question here so I hope I am doing it correctly. I am using the Garmin coach to train for my first 10K. I don’t have access to any hills and so I thought I would be clever by doing a multi sports setting with the 1st mile outdoors and then switching over to the treadmill to do the hills. That all seemed fine until I hit the wrong buttons on the watch and I ended up canceling out the hills workout when I got to the treadmill by accident. Now the Garmin coach is only registering the 1 mile workout I did outside and not the rest of the workout on the treadmill. That’s odd because on My Day it shows the multisport. Is there anyway to fix my run so that Garmin coach is taking into consideration both the outdoor run and the treadmill run? Thank you everyone for all your guidance!
