Is converting floors into meters a straightforward equation????
The link says 3 m or 10 feet, but in reality the calculation is derived from meters. So it is 3 m per floor. Period.

On further reading that link says that one floor is 3 m or 10 feet but those things aren’t equal. So ~3 metres per floor.
