Notifications freeze on 955 screen since update to 15.19

I have noticed that since upgrade to 15.19 that notifications from the phone will freeze on the watch screen and/or will momentarily show and screen goes black or only half show eg notification icon would only half show at bottom of screen instead of top.

This a known issue? Anyone else facing it?

I experienced the issue while running activity.
The screen turns black and doesn’t respond to buttons.

Sorry, yes, I should have clarified that I only observe this while doing an activity.

I had an issue where the screen turned black during a running activity.

I had to press the up/down buttons a few times and the the display came back.

Also a pause for a few seconds seemed to fix the problem in my case.
