Altitude Acclimation

Can someone help me decipher the altitude acclimation screen. The Connect app lists my current altitude correctly, 1420 metres, but it also shows a little upwards arrow underneath a measurement of 1200 feet. It also says that I’m currently 67% acclimated to my current elevation.

I understand the % acclimation value and the current elevation value but I don’t understand what the 1200 feet value refers to. I also don’t understand why it’s in feet when I have everything set to metric. Anyone have any ideas?
