Yesterday morning (Tuesday), I woke up and saw three recent RHR values on the chart: 54-60-60 (S-M-T). It reflected reality because I caught a virus, and my immune system was fighting it for the past two nights. I already felt much better on that day and went to bed at 10:00 PM.
This morning (Wednesday), I found the following four recent RHR values on the chart: 54-60-54-54 (S-M-T-W).
What the ...?! Why did the last sleep adjust the RHR chart not only for Wednesday but for the ENTIRE Tuesday?
